The second meeting of the Intergovernmental Negotiating Committee (INC) to develop an international legally binding instrument on plastic pollution (Plastic Pollution INC-2), will take place in May 2023 in France.

INBAR will continue to advocate for its Bamboo as a Substitute for Plastic Initiative, which seeks to scale up bamboo as a green alternative to plastics around the world.
